Day 236: Week Four

Today marks four weeks with no chair!  I know I have put on muscle because although I did lose pounds on the scale, I lost more in inches (1.5 inches lost since I left for vacation, to be exact) than in pounds.  Muscle weighs more than fat, therefore, I have put on muscle!  How exciting!
