Clean Eating

I find that whenever I eat right (fresh veggies, fruits, lean meats, and healthy oils -- no pasta, bread, sugar, processed foods, or starch), not only does my body feel better and I have more energy, but my mind gets clearer and my memory gets better.  I sleep better too.

I also make sure to drink more water and green tea.  Plus, I take a multivitamin, omega-3 fish oil, fenugreek, and vitamin E daily.  After the holiday naughtiness I am finally back on track. It has been two full days of clean eating and I am already seeing/feeling the changes.
