This could be tailored to any fitness level. I like having something structured to look at and keep me in line, so I put this up for anyone as a starting point and guideline to get up and move. Tailor it to your fitness level/capabilities. I will of course have to replace the jogging with walking and may have to lower the walking to just a few minutes, but I'll try five and see if I can manage. I will no doubt have to do 5 minutes, break, and then do another five, and so on. |
