Dailies: Day 1

Day 1 of 30 -

I did my daily 60. 

30 Crunches
20 Push Ups
10 Squats

And, what I learned from it?  Not only am I weak, but I'm out of shape.

Day 1 down.  Can't wait to see how much easier it is after 30.
